Effective Date: 20 November 2025

Grounds for data collection

Processing of your personal information (i.e., any information which may reasonably allow you to be identified; hereinafter “Personal Information”) is carried out only when one or more of the following legal bases apply:

 • Performance of a contract: When you request travel-planning or other services from us, we process your Personal Information because doing so is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and to provide you with those services.

 • Consent: By using the Site and submitting your information via contact forms, email sign-ups, or other means, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other processing of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

 • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: We may also process your Personal Information if required to comply with legal, financial, tax or regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

We encourage all Users to read this Privacy Policy carefully and to use it to make informed decisions about how we collect and use your Personal Information.
